By opening and using this web site and/or purchasing any products from Mack Tactical Firearms,  you agree with the terms and conditions below.

Mack Tactical strives to ensure that all prices and information on this site are accurate.

Mack Tactical reserves the right to change pricing at any time. 

If Mack Tactical makes a mistake on pricing or product information, Mack Tactical regrets any inconvenience it may cause.  Please inform Mack Tactical by phone or email if you find some information to be incorrect.

Firearms are hazardous and can cause severe bodily harm, death and property damage.  When you buy through Mack Tactical, you agree to read and follow all applicable safety rules.     You are solely responsible for how you use the product(s) you buy from Mack Tactical, including compliance with any and all applicable firearm laws.  Do not buy from Mack Tactical until you know and are ready, willing and able to comply with any and all applicable firearms laws.  Mack Tactical will not knowingly sell products to customers who are legally prohibited from purchasing them, including persons who are not of legal age to buy such products. If Mack Tactical determines that any customer is not of legal age or is otherwise legally prohibited from purchasing a product from the company, Mack Tactical reserves the right to contact law enforcement. Mack Tactical reserves the right to refuse to sell products to any customer or prospective customer.

Trademarks, Logos & Service Marks

Your misuse of the trademarks displayed herein, or any other content on this web site, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited."

MACK TACTICAL FIREARMS WARRANTY POLICY

Warranties must be registered with Mack tactical Firearms to be valid. To register your warranty, send in the warranty card from the owner's manual, or use included form.

The firearm is warrantied to the original retail customer, for their lifetime, against defects in material and workmanship. All parts and labor or replacement at Mack Tactical Firearms option are covered. This warranty applies only to purchases made directly from Mack Tactical Firearms or a Mack Tactical Firearms-authorized dealer.

The sole and exclusive remedy pursuant to this warranty is the repair or replacement (including the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement firearm to you), at Mack Tactical Firearms discretion, of the firearm. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. Mack Tactical Firearms assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages or injury to person(s) or property of any kind, including but not limited to, any expense or damages other than to repair the defects in the firearm or, at Mack Tactical Firearms discretion, to replace the firearm. Repairs or replacements will be covered by this warranty for the duration of the original warranty.

Any action against Mack Tactical Firearms based on any alleged breach of this warranty must be commenced within one (1) year of the alleged breach and must be venued in the state courts for Williamson County, Texas. By purchasing a firearm from Mack Tactical Firearms, you consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and agree that venue there is proper. Texas law shall apply to your purchase of a firearm from Mack Tactical Firearms without regard to conflicts of law principles.

To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state, or local law, which cannot be preempted, it shall not be applicable.

NOTICE: It is your responsibility to ship to Mack Tactical Firearms any firearm in compliance with any and all federal, state and local laws. It is illegal to ship a firearm with ammunition in the firearm or in the same packaging.  Firearms and ammunition must be shipped separately.

The warranty will be void if any of the following occur:

Instructions from Mack Tactical Firearms, if any, are not followed;

Your Mack Tactical firearm is altered or modified from its original state;

Careless handling, misuse, accidents, abuse or improper care or maintenance;

Use of the firearm in violation of any federal, state or local law, rule or regulation;

Use of ammunition that is reloaded, remanufactured, steel cased, lacquer coated, non-SAAMI, or the wrong caliber;

Barrel obstruction;

Normal wear and tear.

BACK-ORDER ITEMS

In the event your merchandise is on backorder, Mack Tactical Firearms will contact you by phone or email.  Please make sure Mack Tactical Firearms has your correct phone number and email address.   At that time Mack Tactical Firearms will give you the option to wait for your order or cancel your order.
